Nucleic acid drugs

Nucleic acid drugs are mainly classified by the mechanism of action into small nucleic acid drugs (namely, oligonucleotide drugs, including ASO, siRNA, miRNA, Aptamer, etc.) and mRNA products (including mRNA vaccines and mRNA drugs).

Phosphoramidite monomers are key materials for nucleic acid drugs, and high-purity phosphorimide plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable chemosynthesis of oligonucleotides. For the purification of phosphoramidite monomers, Agilebio has developed a unique reversed-phase process route using its self-developed special packing material for phosphoramidite, which can effectively remove phosphorus reagents and achieve product purity of up to 99.0% at a greatly reduced cost. Flash columns for phosphorimide are also available.
