Air plate P96 positive pressure solid phase extractor

Air plate P96 is a positive pressure solid phase extraction and pretreatment device using 96-well plates, specially designed for pharmaceutical R&D laboratories and biological sample analysis laboratories. It can be used with 96-well solid phase extraction plates, SLE plates, PPP plates and filter plates from different manufacturers.

Function features:

Equal pressure, which can reduce the velocity error between wells

Extraction process (high flux allows 96 samples to be treated simultaneously and efficiently)

Double pressure adjustment to meet different requirements in sample treatment

Tube rack design allows the use of collection plates of different heights

Easy to use with just a gas source; no power supply is required

Sample treatment can be done with inert gas (ammonia gas)

Extraction process:

Pretreatment of the solid phase extraction column
↓
Sample passing through the column (discard the effluent)
↓
Washing of the solid phase extraction column (discard the effluent)
↓
Drying of the solid phase extraction column
↓
Elution of target (collect the solution)
