Air plate P96 positive pressure solid phase extractor

The Air plate P96 is a 96-well positive pressure solid phase extraction (SPE) preprocessor designed for drug discovery laboratories and biological sample analysis laboratories. It is suitable for use with 96-well solid phase extraction, SLE, PPT and filtration plates from various manufacturers.

Function features:

Equal pressure, which can reduce the velocity error between wells

Extraction process (high flux allows 96 samples to be treated simultaneously and efficiently)

Double pressure adjustment to meet different requirements in sample treatment

Tube rack design allows the use of collection plates of different heights

Easy to use with just a gas source; no power supply is required

Sample treatment can be done with inert gas (ammonia gas)

Pretreatment of solid phase extraction columns

sample passing through the column (discard passing liquid)
↓
solid phase extraction column wash (discard past liquid)
↓
solid phase extraction column drying
↓
Target elution (collect solution)
